    Description

    30cm long (about one foot) by 3cm diameter (about 1.25 inches).  These are necessary when first learning to use nunchaku as they avoid any serious injury.  The centers are a thick durable black plastic.  They are covered in a cushioning foam similar to that used on gym mats.  It's tough and durable, yet soft and absorbs the shock.
