This is the complete, original training series including the very rare and difficult to find weapons and internal forms. The series is organized and includes the volumes in the list that follows. The Internal forms were the last to be produced and sale of these was very limited and then stopped altogether. It was thought they were lost so the series was sold as 28 volumes. The series was brought back to the public by Shen Martial Arts in 2006. Here we are offering it in its entirety. This is a vintage training series by Master Paul Whitrod and is very rare. We are the
only authorized distributors
for this series which was produced in the 1980's and appeared only on VHS tape. The quality of the playback reflects the VHS masters from which we converted to DVD. However, the content is legendary and very sought after by martial artists of all styles and has gained a great interest with mma fighters and competitors.
