Will you declare this item as 'gift' or declare a lower value on customs forms?
Sorry, no.  The purchase price (less shipping) is declared as the value on all international shipping documents.  We do not mark as 'gift'.
Do you offer combined shipping for multiple purchases?
Yes, we combine multiple items purchased by a single buyer into as few packages as possible to save shipping costs whenever practical.  After you make your purchases, wait for us to send you an invoice through eBay so we can combine the items into one shipment.
What does "Refurbished" mean?
"Refurbished" items are refurbished by the original manufacturer, and normally include a limited warranty from that manufacturer.  These are items that may have been used for display, demonstration or returned for some reason by a consumer.  They are inspected and tested by the manufacturer to ensure they meet factory specifications.  There is no way for us to determine the specific history for any given unit.
What does "Demo" mean?
"Demo", or "Demonstration" is an item that was used as a display unit in our store, or used by a local sales representative as a demonstration item.  It has not been sold to, or used by, an end consumer.  These items typically still carry the full manufacturer warranty and include all original accessories and packaging (unless specified otherwise within eBay listing).
What does "New" mean?
This means it is 'off the shelf' and 'brand new'.  Just like you find in any retail store (which we are!).  These products all come in their original packaging, with all accessories as provided by the manufacturer.  We do not strip-down or remove factory included accessories.
Can you sell this item to me for less than your posted "Buy It Now" price?
Sorry, no.  The "Buy It Now" price in the listing is firm.

Yes, we are an authorized dealer for Nikon, Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Leica and many other major-brand manufacturers.
Unless otherwise specified, all our "NEW" products carry full factory warranties valid in the United States.
All our "NEW" products are USA product, not imported or "gray market".
