The Guthy-Renker version has a different shape bottle and label.  The Guthy-Renker version is sold on the TV commercials and Wen.com with auto-delivery, and at Sephora.  IT COMES WITH THE PLASTIC SEAL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOTTLE.  The Guthy-Renker version has a slightly different formulation.
