This is the supplemental CD disc that accompanies the fabulous "Zeiss and Photography" book by Lawrence Gubas. We are an authorized seller of the book. There were only 400 copies printed and we have just two left but we have quite a few of the supplemental CD's, offered here.
It was made to add and expand on the information in the book but stands alone as interesting.
The CD contains 383MB of PDF's, like pre and post WWII catalogs, flyers, price lists, bibliographic information, biographies of related companies, trademarks, advertisements, magazine reviews, extracts from Zeiss Ikon publications and more.
Some of this is German language, most is English.
WHO WE ARE:
CameraBooks is a husband/wife home-based small business specializing in books, original (not photocopies) instruction manuals and user guides focused (pun) on camera equipment, photography practice and photography as art. We also have our Oddog2 Ebay store which specializes in mostly photographic and astronomical gear but also other interesting or useful items as they come our way. We have 49 years of experience (22 years as a hobby, 27 as a full time effort) with photographic equipment, both as a shooter (17 years as a newspaper photojournalist) and as collectors/restorers/sellers. We have been on eBay as Oddog or Oddog2 since September 1999 and now also on CameraBooks since the beginning of 2020.
